All products sold through our platform are authentic, one-of-a-kind vintage luxury items sourced from Japan's most trusted vintage dealers. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Each item is unique and irreplaceable — no two items are identical
• Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen differences
• Each item's condition is thoroughly documented with a condition rating and detailed photographs
• Vintage items may show characteristics consistent with age (patina, minor wear) as disclosed in the listing
• Sizes may vary from modern sizing standards

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You have reviewed all photographs, the condition rating, and the item description before purchasing
• All payment information provided is true and accurate
• You understand that all prices are in Euros (EUR)
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• You understand that all sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy

We ship worldwide from Valencia, Spain. Please note:

• Delivery times vary by destination
• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
• Tracking information is provided for all shipments
• Signature may be required upon delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation

A full refund will be issued when:

• The item received is not as described in the listing (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
• The item is found to be inauthentic (no time limit)
• You received the wrong item

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

To exercise this right:

• The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond basic inspection (Article 14(2))
