Return & Refund Policy

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of physically receiving your item, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

• You must notify us of your decision to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of notifying us.
• The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
• All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.

Shipping Costs for Withdrawals:

• Return Shipping: the buyer is strictly responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Original Shipping: we will refund the full purchase price of the item plus the original standard shipping cost you paid at checkout. If you selected an expedited or premium delivery method, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping.

Diminished Value:

You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but wearing, using, damaging, or removing tags may result in a deduction from your refund.

We stand behind the accuracy and authenticity of every listing. You are entitled to a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs, under the following circumstances:

• Item Not As Described (Legal Guarantee of Conformity): under Spanish law, our second-hand vintage items carry a legal guarantee. If the item you receive differs materially from the listing, such as undisclosed damage or the wrong item being shipped, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us with clear photos of the discrepancy as soon as you discover it.
• Authenticity Guarantee: we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, sourced from Japan's most trusted vintage dealers. If an item is found to be inauthentic by a qualified third-party authenticator, you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs. There is no time limit on authenticity claims.

All items are professionally packaged and shipped with tracking. We are responsible for the safe delivery of your package until it is physically in your possession.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, we require your full cooperation so we can issue your refund and file an insurance claim with the carrier:

• Inspect your package upon delivery. If the exterior box is visibly crushed or damaged, please note this with the courier before signing for it.
• Contact us at treasuresofmaimi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, or as promptly as possible.
• You must include clear photographs of both the damaged item and all original shipping boxes and packaging materials. Do not throw the packaging away.
• Once we receive the required photographic evidence, we will process your full refund and handle the carrier dispute on our end.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund:

1. Contact us at treasuresofmaimi@gmail.com within 14 days for a standard withdrawal, or as soon as possible for conformity, authenticity, or damage claims.
2. Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photographs showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
5. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
